This site is published by the Convention Committee for the 58th Biennial Antiochian Archdiocese Convention, hosted by Saint Andrew Orthodox Christian Church, Riverside, California. For any privacy question, contact info@ac2027socal.com.
This site collects very little on its own:
We do not operate accounts, and no payment information is collected on this site. Hotel reservations and, later, event registration are handled entirely by third-party providers described below — we never see your card details.
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels of any kind. If that changes before launch, this section will be updated first, and a consent notice will be added if required by law.
We use the information above only to run the Convention: sending the updates you signed up for, and responding to messages you send us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your email address with sponsors, vendors or other third parties for their own marketing.

We keep the email addresses and messages described above only as long as needed to communicate about the Convention, and expect to delete or anonymize mailing list data after the 2027 Convention concludes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@ac2027socal.com.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, our basis for processing the information above is your consent (for the mailing list) or our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and to withdraw consent at any time, by emailing the address above. The Committee has not designated a separate EU representative at this time.
The Convention is a family event, but this site does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The "Get Notified" list and all correspondence are intended for adults planning attendance.
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and post material changes here before they take effect.
